Mainly material in carbon steel , ie. Aisi 1010 ,1020 ,Q235,C45 and so on.
Alloy steel : 42CrMo , 40Cr and so on.
Stainless steel : SS304 ,SS316 , SS321 and so on.
With development of 15 years , xiongzhen has about 50skilled worker and have ability of 30 ton every month. The main job is 1-mold working by ourselves , 2-wax injection ,3- shell assemble , 4-de-wax the shell 5, baking the shell and cast and pouring the steel into shell , 6- cleaning the grinding cast-gate , shot blasted . 7-machining and packing .
